My name is Angela Dukes-Thompson and I  have extensive knowledge and experience leading human resource departments for  non-union and union companies. I have found success by being communicative, personable and having a talent for team leadership and project management. At the same time, I have strong interpersonal skills necessary for motivating others to work hard at achieving business goals. I excel in fast-paced, deadline driven environments and have an aptitude for prioritizing competing priorities to ensure that operational productivity is maintained.

The Dukes HR Consulting and Training has consultants that have worked in their area of expertise from 10 to 30 years.  Our consultants specialize in training, benefits, recruitment, coaching and HR policies and procedures.

Focusing our energy, skills and abilities on informing, guiding, and caring for the wellness of the workforce; by being supportive, simplifying, understanding and when appropriate taking the lead.
